Land Rover 90 Hard Top

Take one 90 tuned by another company... and massively improve it!!

What we did, and the results.

The 90 came us running a competitors plug in/wire in tuning module, replacement intercooler, Hyrbid Turbo, EGR replacement kit, performance exhaust and a turbo boost box. It was claimed the 90 would be making over 200bhp and a big increase in torque.... however, as soon as we drove it, we knew we could do better!!!

First off... lets fit some better products!!

First thing that was changed was the intercooler.

Although already fitted with a replacement intercooler, compared to our IRB replacement, it was very small and far from ideal in design.

So on went one of our full size replacements. Photos' show original, comparison, and the new IRB intercooler

And then a proper a EGR replacement....

Unlike every other kit on the market, the IRB EGR replacement kit also includes a replacement vacuum pipe, so none of daft blanking of pipes with bits of rubber or bolts.

Our kit includes all the bits to remove the EGR set up completely and above all safely.

And then there was a few other things like the ITG Airfilter, IRB uprated silicon hoses... and a few other tweaks!!

Then the fun with the 'custom' remap!!
