Working in conjunction with Pete at Bell Auto Services, IRB Developments have developed and refined a unique remap that further enhances the torque curve of the new Puma Diesel Defender, improving the new engine making it more enjoyable and safer to drive, focusing on torque rather than out and out power, you will see improvement in pulling away, improved towing, and reduced overtaking times.

To complement this initial tune, we also recommend the use of an ITG replacement air filter and a straight through exhaust down pipe - which removes the catalytic converter. (both at an additional cost).

Further to this conversion we can also offer a larger and more efficient intercooler

These modifications further enhance this remap - and even make a small difference to a standard 'new' Defender.

Depending on your driving style, you may also see an improvement in mpg.
